Winter Projects

I'm pretty sure I'm crazy and if not completely now, I will be by the time this project is finished.

This is a small portion of John's classical record collection. These are literally boxes of Bach!
It all started out as one of those happy ideas. We didn't have a record player at the moment and I saw an ad for one that would put your records on CD's. As I said before, it sounded like a good idea at the time. It has turned out to be a rather time eating endeavor with something of a learning curve!
Looks like a loooong winter!

It is so hard to know what to do with old albums, each one holds such fun memories.
Maybe we could use them for chargers at our thanksgiving table!

You DO have your work cut out for you. But think how wonderful the result will be! In the end, you'll have so many wonderful tunes to kick back and listen to in the CD player. It will be well worth the effort. Happy Thanksgiving! Cindy at Rosehaven Cottage

Wow, it does sound like a lot of work, but so great to have al those recordings at your fingertips! Oh, and your potato pizza looks yummy! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Wow, that looks like a huge project. A few years ago my daughter-in-law put all my dad's old home movies on tapes, which are more than likely now obsolete, but he was thrilled with the results and I'm sure your husband will be too. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your adorable family.

I would love something like that. Especially if RANDEY did all the work for me. lol

My youngest son listens to a lot of the music I used to listen to when I was his age. It'd be awesome to put my old albums onto CD's for him. Again...especially if Randey was doing all the work it would take to get that done!
